We offer FREE STANDARD DELIVERY on all orders over €40 in Ireland and the United Kingdom.


(To the exception of Berg products)

(We do not ship bikes outside of Ireland)


We aim to have all products in stock and ready for immediate shipping, however if your order is out of stock we will endeavor to contact you immediately with an expected delivery date.
Once the goods have left us, you will be notified by email and your order should be with you within 1-3 working days depending on the day of the week the order is shipped on. All orders shipped outside of Dublin are shipped via our couriers. For more information please contact us.
The majority of Dublin based orders are shipped via our in house courier. Orders can only be handed over to the name on the order, unless express permission to deliver to an alternative person/shipping address is given (via email).
We are unable to leave deliveries in Wheelie Bins, Garages, etc. All deliveries must be signed for. 

All bikes for delivery in Dublin area are available to be built and ready to ride free of charge. If you wish for your bike to remain boxed please contact us after ordering.
All of our built bikes are fully pre-checked by our trained bicycle mechanics to ensure that all parts are correct and functional before delivery.

During the checkout process, you will have the option of selecting one of our two stores: Longmile Road or Airside Swords, as your collection point.
When you have completed your order, you will receive a confirmation email. This is not a collection confirmation. Your item(s) may not yet be in your chosen store As we operate from our central warehouse, based outside of Dublin, it may take 5 working days for your item(s) to be available for collection in your chosen store.
If your item is out of stock, one of our team will endeavor to contact you immediately with an expected date for collection.
When your order is ready for collection you will be notified by an Awaiting Pick-Up email and a phone call from your chosen store to let you know your item(s) are ready for pick up, until then your items will not be available.
To collect your order, simply bring photographic ID (Passport, Driving Licence, Student ID) with your email receipt to your chosen collection point where one of our team will assist you.

**Orders made via PayPal are not eligible for in-store collection at this time**

All our European deliveries are shipped via DPD couriers and tracking numbers are sent after your order is shipped.

Customs Clearance Surcharges are paid by the customer and not by Eurocycles®. We cannot refund any charges that may be incurred due to customs clearance.

Please note restrictions may apply for certain products. 


Our aim is to package and dispatch the goods within 48 hours of receiving an order. If you wish to cancel an order before dispatch please contact us by email.
If the goods have not been dispatched then we will cancel your order and refund the invoice value. Confirmation of this refund will be emailed to you. For orders that have been dispatched please follow our returns policy. If you refuse to accept the delivery we will charge you for the return postage cost to us.

In accordance with the Distance Selling legislation, we are happy for you to return unwanted goods within 365 days from date of delivery so long as they are returned in an unused new condition with the original packaging, the original invoice and a completed returns form. Please note it is the customer's responsibility to ensure the goods are returned safely to us and the customer must pay postage costs.
Excludes Cycle to work orders.
Upon receiving the return goods we will issue a refund to your credit card/method of payment for the invoice value. To obtain a returns form just click here.
Goods can also be returned to any of our stores, however you will still be required to follow the above steps and let us know which store you would like to return the goods to.  

If you discover the goods you have purchased to be faulty upon receiving your order, please contact us at once by email so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
All goods sold are covered by the standard manufactures warranty against faulty materials or poor workmanship. The manufacturer’s warranty will not cover damage due to misuse, accidental damage or wear and tear.
Faulty goods must be returned with proof of purchase and returns form. We will endeavour to resolve the issue upon receipt of the faulty goods by either replacing the product with a new or equivalent model or a refund for the original invoice value to your credit card/method of payment.

Inform us that you wish to return the goods and clearly state the type of return in the email i.e. Refund or Faulty. 
Complete the returns form and print a copy to go along with the returning goods and place inside the returning box.
If at all possible use the original delivery box or obtain a new box (at your own expense). We would ask you not to write, label or tape the retail packaging when returning unwanted purchases. If this happens, it will influence your refund claim.
Make sure to firmly pad the returning goods to avoid damage in transit.
Tape the box securely and clearly mark our return address on the outside of the box. If you are using the original box, please make sure to remove or unmark your delivery address.
Organise shipping for the returning goods and retain a receipt from the courier company as proof of postage, as unfortunately we will not be able to accept responsibility for packages lost in transit.

At Eurocycles, not only are we committed to providing you with the best products, we are committed to providing you with the best products at the best price. For this reason we offer to price match our products if you find it for less in another online Irish store.
Furthermore, you can avail of our Price Match offer for up to 7 days after you have purchased with Eurocycles. If you find the product for a lower price than you paid with us, we will refund you the difference. To avail of this offer all you need to do is email us with a link to the web page featuring the product at a lower price.

There are some exceptions:
The product must be in stock in the company’s Irish online store. Our price match excludes drop shipping (organising delivery directly from the supplier to the customer) and companies that deliver internationally but are not based in Ireland.
Ensure that the price displayed on the rival website is the final price you will pay, inclusive of taxes and delivery charges. At Eurocycles we offer free delivery on all orders over €40 in Ireland and the UK so the price you see online is the price that you pay, no hidden extras. Other sites may add in additional costs as you proceed to the online checkout. Our price match applies to the final price, inclusive of all taxes and charges.
Our Price Match also excludes second hand products or goods bought through private resellers, such as eBay, Amazon or DoneDeal. We will price-match against any official stockist that has been approved by the product manufacturer.



Step 1: You can register an account, which is recommended so you can sign in at a later stage and track the progress of your order and you will also receive updates on your order. Alternatively, you can check-out as a guest.

Step 2: Enter your billing & account details.

Step 3: Select your shipping address, if your shipping address is the same as the billing address you can select that in the previous step.

Step 4: Choose your shipping method from the available options, In-store collection, free shipping or flat-rate shipping. Bear in mind that there is free delivery for orders over €40 to Ireland & the UK.

Step 5: Order confirmation; Here you can review your order and choose your method of payment, apply a gift certificate/coupon, leave order instructions/comments and agree to the terms and conditions.


SECURITY uses third parties to securely process payments. Payment to our site can be made by credit or debit card through PayPal or Braintree. When making a payment you acknowledge and agree that all information you provide with regards to a purchase, including, without limitation, credit card, PayPal, or other payment information, is accurate, current and complete. You represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use the payment method you provide when completing a transaction. Orders will not be processed until payment has been received in full, any holds on your account by PayPal or Braintree are solely your responsibility.

To protect against potential fraud, may take steps to verify the validity of the credit card information you provide to us. The verification process may involve asking you to verify a number of questions that are related to the card that you are in possession of. In cases where your credit card is declined for any reason we will not deliver the goods and are not obligated to notify you of the issue.
