You will be happy to know that we now offer FREE DELIVERY on all orders over €40 in the Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland and the United Kingdom for all orders placed on our website.
We aim to have all orders processed, packaged and shipped within 3 to 5 days or sooner. Once the goods have left us, you will be notified by email and they should be with you within 1-3 days depending on the day of the week the order is shipped on. All orders shipped outside of Dublin are shipped via our couriers and can be tracked by online tracking number if requested. We aim to have all products in stock and ready for immediate shipping however if your order is out of stock we will endeavour to contact you immediately with an expected delivery date.
All of our bikes are fully pre checked by our trained bicycle mechanics to ensure that all parts are correct and functional before delivery.
For orders placed inside the Dublin area the Bike Build option is available free of charge. Simply specify at the time of order that Bike Build is required in the additional information box. Please note that requesting the bike build option during busy periods may delay your order.
We now offer an in-store collection for all web orders. When you reach the checkout with your online order, you will have the option of selecting one of our five stores; Longmile Road, Swords, South William Street, Newbridge and Drogheda, as your collection point. When you have completed your order, you will recieve an email from the webstore, informing you of the date on which your order will be available for collection in your chosen store, and a copy of your receipt. To collect your order, simply bring photographic ID (Passport, Driving Licence, Student ID), your receipt email and the credit/debit card used for your online order.
We now offer product shipping across Europe. Due to the variation in product weights the cost of shipping to different countries varies depending on the destination. Simply add your product to your shopping cart and the shipping cost will be calculated at the checkout.
All our European deliveries are shipped via GLS couriers and Tracking numbers are available on request.
Customs Clearance Surcharges are paid by the customer and not by Eurocycles Eurobaby™. We cannot refund any charges that may be incurred due to customs clearance.

Our aim is to package and dispatch the goods within 6 to 10 days of receiving an order. If you wish to cancel an order within this time frame please contact us by email from our contact page.
If the goods have not been dispatched then we will cancel your order and refund the invoice value. Confirmation of this refund will be email to you. For orders that have been dispatched please follow our returns policy. If you refuse to accept the delivery we will charge you for the return postage cost to us.
In accordance with the Distance Selling legislation, we are happy for you to return unwanted goods within 7 days from date of delivery so long as they are returned in an unused new condition with the original packaging, the original invoice and a completed returns form. Please note it is the customer's responsibility to ensure the goods are returned safely to us and the customer must pay postage costs.
Upon receiving the return goods we will issue a refund to your credit card/method of payment for the invoice value. To obtain a return form contact us by email.
If you discover the goods you have purchased to be faulty upon receiving, please contact us at once by email so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible. All goods sold are covered by the standard manufactures warranty against faulty materials or poor workmanship. The manufactures warranty will not cover damage due to misuse, accidental damage, wear and tear.
Faulty goods must be returned with proof of purchase and returns form. We will endeavour to resolve the issue upon receipt of the faulty goods by either replacing the product with a new or equivalent model or a refund for the original invoice value to your credit card/method of payment.
